Terms and conditions

All invoices expire after the 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject or refund payment for orders paid after this period. Please send proof of payment when its done.

Warranty: For new units, an official manufacturer warranty is provided. Please check the warranty rules from the manufacturer's official website.

Resale: If you want to re-sell your units, please contact us and we will do our best to resell your units.

Delays: We do not offer any refund or compensation or will be held responsible for any delay due to manufacture, seller, customs, or transporting company. That the package will be sent from seller through transportation company (Fedex, DHL, UPS or similar) and will be considered in costumer’s hands the moment it’s given to the transportation company. In most cases, products in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Future orders will ship according to shipping schedule. Standard shipping does not include shipping insurance. If the costumer wants insurance on their shipping package he/she has to contact Voltique about it or otherwise company will not be liable in any case.
